General
Refund requests must be made to OttawaFalconsFC with a CC to your Manager. Refund requests sent in any another manner will not be processed.
• All refunds will be processed as soon as possible.
• Refunds will be issued by eTransfer only.
• There are no refunds for assessment or evaluation sessions.
• Refunds are considered on a per player basis with conditions.
Refunds requested as a result of injury
• A player who sustains a season ending injury, will receive a prorated refund based on the number of games remaining in the season (less any fixed fees set by the League)
Conditions
A full refund is given before the start of the Season and Player registration with the League.
• Refund requests received before the start of the Season but after Player registration with the league will be subject to a refund less the League’s registration fee. (This fee is set by League yearly)
• No refunds will be issued after the second (2nd) game of the season, except in the case of a season ending injury.
