Player Registration & Payment

Once your coach or team manager asks you to register, please follow the steps below to register for the 2026 season with the Ottawa Falcons Soccer Club: Read, Register, Pay.

1. Read the Concussion Awareness and Harassment Policies:

It is mandatory for all players, coaches and team managers to annually review the following policies prior to completing the Player Registration Form: Rowan’s Law, Club Conduct

2. Register

Register for the Ottawa Falcons by filling out the form linked below, and hitting SUBMIT at the end. You will receive an email with a summary of your response – please note the cost associated with your specific team.
U17: If you are less than 17 years old (as of Jan. 1, 2026), FILL OUT THIS U17 REGISTRATION FORM instead. _{A parent/guardian must complete additional information and provide proof of age.}

3. Pay (Interac e-Transfer)

Send an Interac e-Transfer to OttawaFalconsFC@gmail.com to pay your team fees.
IMPORTANT: include your Name, Team Name and Division in the e-transfer’s comment field. (ie. Jane Doe Falcons United WR1)

Each player must complete the online form and promptly submit payment. Once payment is received, you will be registered with the league and be able to start playing! Your Coach / Team Manager will be advised of payment.

No pay, no play. The Falcons will not register a player if payment is not received. If you are unable to pay in full, please contact your Team Manager or email the Falcons. For information on payment options, please visit our Financial Assistance and Refund Policy pages.
